Last week Hanhaa conducted our own first person market research to compare the tracking information received from Parcelive and that received from the delivery companies. Several different parcels were sent to countries around the world including Spain, Germany, Czech Republic and the United States with the location data received being put into direct comparison. As the image above shows on one parcel’s journey Parcelive was able to give accurate location information a full two countries or 312 miles ahead of the information received from the carrier. While the track received from the carrier had our parcel at Stanstead Airport the data being received from Parcelive showed its true position in Liege.
This was just one parcel. But what if it was all the parcels?
