FAQ

Questions about ParceLive

Can ParceLive travel in air cargo?

Yes. ParceLive is approved by IATA and more than 40 airlines, including British Airways, IAG Cargo and Virgin Atlantic Cargo.

How long does the battery last?

From a few days up to three months per charge, depending on how often you set it to report.

What happens if there is no mobile signal?

ParceLive stores its readings in on-device memory and sends them once it reconnects, so the journey record is complete.

How do I return a tracker?

Press the button to show the return address and post it in any post box in a supported country. Where postal returns are not available, book a collection and we will arrange it.

How should ParceLive be placed?

Secure it to the cargo so it cannot move about, and do not block the front of the tracker, so that light and motion readings stay accurate.
