FAQ

Questions about our products

What is the difference between ParceLive and SolarLive?

ParceLive travels inside parcels and pallets, measures cargo conditions in detail and is approved for air cargo. SolarLive mounts on shipping containers and other assets, and charges itself from the sun for long-term tracking.

Do both trackers work with The Hub?

Yes. Both report into The Hub, where you see them on one map with your alerts, reports and API integration.

Which tracker can travel in air cargo?

ParceLive is approved by IATA and more than 40 airlines to travel in air cargo.

How long do the batteries last?

ParceLive lasts from a few days up to three months, depending on how often it reports. SolarLive lasts about 320 days reporting every 10 minutes before any solar charging, and its solar panel extends that.

Can I try a tracker first?

Yes. Request a trial and track real shipments before you commit.

Not sure which tracker you need?

Tell us what you ship and where, and we will recommend the right setup, or start with a trial on your own shipments.
