Orlando, Florida — Khrysos Industries, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Youngevity International, Inc. (NASDAQ: YGYI), and Hanhaa, an internet-of-things innovator, have agreed to a strategic channel partnership agreement intended to ensure product integrity during transportation.
Khrysos Industries will integrate ParceLive trackers in order to monitor all shipments sent to its customer base. ParceLive (a Hanhaa Limited product) is a real-time cargo tracking service that provides the user with information on the temperature, humidity, tilt, orientation, box opening, or the mishandling of shipped inventory regardless of the carrier and country.
Real-time alerts, stamped with time and location data, ensure that delivery systems can create meaningful workflows to address improvements and deliver a competitive advantage. Khrysos Industries can locate where in the supply chain issues have occurred and therefore prevent them from happening again in the future.
We will have the ability to collect real time data, on a continuous basis, from the moment our products are shipped to our customers up to the instance our customers receive and open the shipments of our products. We will be able to identify any mishandling or tampering that might occur once our products leave our facilities. Additionally, we will be able to track temperature and humidity ranges via the Hanhaa XG mobile network that utilizes state-of-the-art microsensors that log and transmit events in realtime! This is valuable data that are important to our customers.
Dr. Dwayne Dundore PhD President Khrysos Industries, Inc.
We are committed to being best in class in the Hemp Industry and we feel that our partnership with Hanhaa and the implementation of ParceLive is yet another example of this commitment. The data provided via this system provides assurances to our customers that our products are being well taken care of and continuously monitored as they move through the supply chain.
Joshua Carmona, Executive Vice President, Khrysos Industries, inc.

Youngevity International, a Nasdaq listed company’s acquisition of Khrysos Industries is a testament to the growing popularity and importance of hemp-derived products and hemp-derived processing equipment. With a substantial scale-up in all production and operations, it seems fitting that Khrysos Industries would now implement ParceLive to monitor their products in transport for maximum visibility and security into their supply chain.
